We called in for a pizza , told it would take 25 -30 minutes. Arrived on time if not a little past only to see the cook had not even started the pizza !! When I said just forget it , the cashier said no need to get upset it only takes 6 minutes. To me that is very poor service , glad I didn't have a family / kids to go home too disappoint .Do better !!

I come in here all the time, the night shift is great, taller bald guy is so friendly but the day shift is a whole different story. There's a skinny black hair woman that works here that has a bad attitude every single time(i understand a bad day but this is every day) it makes me not want to even go in during the daytime. She is so rude, gives dirty looks to me and completely ignores my 2 and 3 year old saying thank you to her. Do better caseys.

4 employees couldn't change the half n half, gave up after 3 employees tool 17 minutes. Iced coffee only poured out half what it should. Soda machine was down. Easily the worst Caseys I've been to. Inept. The crew ordered their coffee from a placedown the street, tells you all you need to know.

I meant to post this a while ago as I was working in the area .. by far the filthiest Casey's I have ever been to. The coffee dispensers are nasty and even more so the soda/ ice dispenser, so gross, how are people not getting sick..

Stood at counter waiting for checkout. Was told by guy in cooking area other girl will be back in a moment. After five minutes or so just left, returned 45 minutes later and the registers are down for nightly service. What good is a convenient store that isn’t convenient? Lady said she was using the bathroom. No problem, for ten minutes though?

He didn't have a name tag on, but the young man with blonde hair, skinny and tall working juat before 11pm on Friday April 11 was phenomenal. I was driving through and stopped to use the bathroom and the line at the register was legit 20 deep. This man was literally working 2 registers to get people out fast. He was upbeat, talkative, and had great customer service. Give that guy a raise immediately.

This is a halfway stopping point for me between work and home. The women's bathroom is never clean! I feel the need to shower after being in there. The cashiers are not friendly and do not care that people are standing there waiting to check out. They are never stocked with product and always have creepy people lingering outside of the store. I personally do not feel safe stopping there anymore. I will be finding a better place to stop.

The men's bathroom at this location was in terrible condition. Paper towels, toilet paper, and trash were scattered all over the floor, with urine everywhere. The smell was overwhelming. To make matters worse, an employee came in, used the restroom, and left without addressing the mess. I understand that no place is perfect, but this level of neglect is unacceptable, especially for a chain like Casey’s.

Taco pizza had no tomatoes, stale chips and huge chunks of lettuce just thrown on the top of the pizza.Missing wing sauce to our wings also.
