Hours: Our current owner, Charles “Chuck” Lancaster, started off on the ground level of Industrial Coatings, Inc when it was formerly under the direction of the former owner and Charles’ mentors, Tim & Les Litwiller. Under their guidance, the brothers’ primary focus for revenue and marketable services largely involved small-to-large scale demolition and disassembly services for industrial & commercial clientele throughout the great state of Texas. Fast-forwarding to one of the many tear-down projects that our previous owner and operator, Tim Litwiller, was highly fortunate to be a part of; he unknowingly stumbled across what would change the company’s future and reshape the entire dynamics of Industrial Coatings, Inc: a paint line.
