The staff were all extremely friendly and sweet, genuinely friendly and sweet. They talked with me on a personal level, not in a staff/corporate speak. They made sure I had everything I needed, checked on me, gave me plenty of time and space, and we're just damn good people. I'm sorry we all had to meet under such terrible circumstances, but I'm glad we still did. And as a bonus they got some friendly and chunky office cats that roam and just want some love!
