As I was doing errands one afternoon, my phone glitched out and had no cellular service, couldn’t make calls, no texts or anything. I stopped in to Verizon in Rock Falls and Blake helped me download the newest update (that I’d neglected doing). I was still having issues, so called Verizon 888 number that evening and they told me it was a fraud issue and after an hour, reassured me that if I turned my phone off and on after 10 minutes, it would work. It did not work after 10 minutes. The next morning, I took it back to Blake right when he opened and within 25 minutes, he had fixed the problem! So assuring and very calm, he did it! It was literally a glitch, but could’ve ended totally different with the wrong person handling this situation. He even offered to call me when the newest phones come out during promo in Sept. So thankful that my phone is working and I have confidence that if any more problems arise, Blake is there to help. Thanks!! 😊

Terrible, went in for a smart watch, been a Verizon customer for 5 years, pay almost 500 a month, full account. Soon as I walked in the guy had a problem with me, wouldn’t show me the watch I wanted to buy. I specifically told the guy I wanted to make certain that nothing could possibly go wrong with the purchase before I paid. He assured everything would be fine until it was time to get the watch, he gave me quotes and all, then all of a sudden he couldn’t sell me the watch, i told him about himself and left, he called the sterling store and had them deny me service which they did. So I call customer service and found out that all I had to pay was 14.00 , he wanted 70.00 (which wasn’t even a problem) I also found out he over charged me by 50 bucks of the wholesale price of the watch and double the service cost. All confirmed with Verizon customer service. Which confirms the guy had a problem with me the minute I walked thru the door. Always call customer service first when dealing with this particular place!!
