So I checked on line and saw the holidays hours varied, so I CALLED, auto system wouldn't go past the pharmacy hours section so I drove to store and the pharmacy is closed. Takes 5 minutes folks to change either website or phone message. Or make it easier to get to a real person. Quite irritating.

Why is it that the pharmacy is only open from 9 to 7 with an hour lunch break ? Some people work 7 to 7 and don’t have anyone else to pick up their prescription.

Friendly. Good discounts using the app. The only issue is the drive-thru pharmacy is sometimes backed up. But that is every pharmacy.

Incredibly friendly staff. I’m always touched by the friendly staff. When I used to have my prescriptions filled at this particular location I was always treated with respect. The pharmacist always ensured that I was able to talk to her and ask any questions regarding medications that I had not yet asked a medical provider. It’s a shame that Walgreens in Sterling took a small matter too far and corporate as well when I contacted them and now I’m no longer allowed at any Walgreens including this specific one where absolutely no issues have occurred.

Truly appreciate the staff here for going above and beyond to fill my husband’s prescription. The first three Walgreens did not have his medication in stock and even with computer systems down the Rock Falls Walgreens took time to authorize his prescription and fill it while we waited. Excellent customer service! Thank you !

We had a script sent in 3 days ago…now we’re told it’s out of stock. Didn’t you know that 3 days ag?! This is not the first time! Now we are calling everywhere, and Will be traveling somewhere I hope!
