Had an issue with my laptop took to William and Mary's this morning. Tyler waited on me and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He said the issue was something i clicked on so he fixed it in 5 minutes or less. i will not hesitate to go go back there if any issues arise in the future. Thank You Tyler you are great

Stopped in for shielded RJ45 ends as no other place in town has them. They did not sell them normally but still worked out a special deal to sell them to me for a reasonable price when I was out of options for anything else in town. Phenomenal service from the staff and highly recommended if you need any network gear!
