Eric from Rock Island office was fantastic. He showed up at Kewanee house on time. He was professional and very caring. He did a fantastic job in getting the bed in the house and setting it up. Thank you

Bed was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Still don't have it today. I have been on hold for over 45 minutes and still waiting. This is ridiculous.
