Jason has been my coach since I began CrossFit in 2013. He has so much experience and enjoys what he does! Sarah and Jason are the best, if you are skeptical about going, just go because it’s a very welcoming gym that meets you at your ability level.

Been a member for a month, as a prior college athlete and current coach I love the support and community, at this gym. I also appreciate time spent to teach movements, lifts and all around atmosphere Jason and Sarah have created! A good gym for beginners and for experienced athletes looking for a challenge.
