I live a block away, so I walk over a few times a day to get smokes, Big Gulp refills, snacks, and alcohol.Over the last 4 years, I've seen the positive changes here. It was kinda rough a year or two ago... not enough staff to do all the things 7-11 wanted them to do, while handling the constant flow of customers. I could sense the frustration. But they always did their best with what they had, no matter what. If they had to close the store for a couple hours to catch up, they would do it. But they know a lot of people have a big problem with a closed 7-11.What did you expect them to do, when overwhelmed and understaffed? Everybody's trying their best here. Then they did a corporate audit. Night and Day difference. Now they have additional staff to handle the peak times. Giving them more time to clean, organize, cook pizzas- all the things they need to do all day long.ALL the employees are great. Real People. They treat me well, and I treat them well in return. I clean up after myself, and sometimes others when I'm right there anyway. It's all good. The manager is great too - don't know his name.I have my favorites.. but really, all the cashiers are wonderful, caring people who really want to do a good job and keep people happy. It shows!Gotta give a shout out to Nikki though... she always puts a smile on my face.I go there to get supplies, sure. But I also go to chat, rant and rave with the employees. I like to have fun, and so do they. It's great.I don't think you could improve things. You're hiring new cashiers, and now I have some new personalities to get to know. It's not just a convenience store. It's a community. People care here, and it really shows.Thank Heaven for 7-11! I remember the old commericals and silly uniforms they had to wear in the 1980s.Keep doing what you do!

The music is way too loud. The girls are either busy having conversations with each other, are on their phones or are getting something to eat.

They claim to be open 24/7, but in reality, they close at a random time most nights simply leaving a handwritten paper taped to the front door saying they’ll be open sometime in the morning. Remarkably frustrating when their whole thing is 24/7 convenience. And they’re awful at answering phone calls, so it’s hard to call and ask when they’ll be closing.People who work there are mostly decent. Probably not their fault at all. But it’s caused some pretty frustrating problems for me and others when you don’t know whether the 24/7 place you drive or walk to will randomly be closed and you’re kind of screwed.

Closed at random times at night when the signs say 24:7. Waste of time and gas to drive there if they don’t even stay open during the hours their website & signs say they’ll be open. Was my go to place for nightly runs, now I can’t predict when they’ll be open and have begun avoiding this place. A shame. Wish they’d fix that. What’s the use of signs & websites if they don’t reflect reality? Maybe the owners are too cheap to pay employees to cover night shifts, idk, but it’s not okay.
