Its a grocery store alright, not much to be said. They didn't have the hemmeroid cream my grandma needed but we all make mistakes.

We're from St Louis and have a wide choice of grocery stores. We went to Hy-Vee to get some snacks and food for our stay with family. I was amazed at the size of this grocery store! It was clean and well organized. There is a great selection of organic and gluten free food.
