great people very helpful and accommodating. told 5-6 week build time everything was ready in 3 weeks and they let us pick up on a Sunday.

Top notch after purchase support. Friendly staff that's eager to help.
Edges could have been deburred a little better on the exterior of the batch oven we ordered, but that was a quick fix, and wasn't a bother when comparing the cost of similar units.
