“We brought our iMac in to have the OS updated and hard drive replaced. They updated the OS however pics, music and safari information did not transfer even though we paid for this service. As a professional photographer this was devastating! In addition we were not offered the option of a solid state drive, something we would have paid a premium for. I took the iMac to Computer Revolutions and they restored my data from the old hard drive causing additional expense and time however I'm back in business.Since writing this review the owner of Computer Repair has reached out to make things right including additional training for techs. “Wow! My son dropped his phone and charger on the bed last night and the clashed and it broke his screen. I worried all night but called Verizon first thing this morning. After I navigated the phone auto stuff and got a live person, it was smooth sailing! He assured me it wouldn't cost anything to fix and even set me up with a confirmation number. I dropped it off at the store and was told it could take up to 2 hours, but after picking my son up from the doctor, we called them and it was done! Amazing! Highly recommended!”
