I had worked with another supplier for my propane for a very long time. They were the only one that supplied my area. Then came along ferrellgas. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have never let me down. My driver is phenomenal as is their customer service. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

I use the online app for ordering refills. I put in my refill request and they confirmed it and gave me a date about a week out. However they filled it within a couple days. Quick efficient service. I have had no problems or complaints. Thanks for the quick response.

First i had to pay upfront for tank set, tank fill and delivery charges and it's over $500!!! I paid and waited and waited, called customer service every week for 3 weeks and kept getting told someone would call me with a time and date coming to set me up. Keep in mind they don't fill it the day they set tank on ground and hook up and the fact that this company is only option for us in my area. So they do what they want. I finally got tank and a couple days later filled. I live in a 33' fifth wheel camper by myself. I looked at my account and noticed i was charged for a tank fill before my tank was even set. I was charged for tank and propane in it when set and then again a couple days later when they came back to fill. Being charged delivery each time. I have emailed someone about this on 3 occasions and still no response. I'm in Iowa and this weekend it's going to be -14 and I'm at 30% or less in my tank and i paid what they said i owed, $180+ to be told i had to also pay for what i was going to get upfront of $176!!! In a matter of 3 months or less I've been charged almost $800 for propane!!! Paying upfront and then they tell me it will be delivered between now, the 11th of January and the 23rd!!!! Why are we paying upfront for something we don't know how much we will need by the time they get here???? The delivery guys never leave a receipt or anything stating they were there to fill and the website is a joke. I went in to pay my amount due and how i had a balance due i don't know but i made another payment and it said payment already pending and then i had to pay the upfront costs for the new order i placed that i may not get for 2 weeks when it's freezing out and below 0.I've asked for an explanation about why I'm paying this much when tank wasn't set until nov 30th!!!! And i agree with others that the customer service girl i spoke with before was very rude. They don't care about any customers when they are the only option to get service.I'm a single woman with limited income and being charged like I'm living in a mansion and being charged for fills of propane before it was even set up for it. I filed a complaint with bbb as well and will be filing them everywhere i can. Hoping to get some help on this matter.

Call about getting expired tanks recertified. Was told over the phone to come to this location and meet them. Office sign says closed no one around to help just a pointless trip and a waste of time.

Called to set up delivery and service on a 200 pound tank, paid $250 and was told I would have a phone call within 48 hours to set up delivery and filling. Three weeks later still haven’t received the phone call and when I called to set it up they said it was never set up originally correctly and then I was and I told them to just go ahead and cancel the service and refund my $250 deposit. Was then told I would receive a phone call with in 24 hours crediting the $250 and needless to say never received that phone call service. 24 hours later called in explain the situation to an agent and the agent hung up on me now after a second phone call finally got service canceled and was told that the refund should be on its way. Hopefully it’s not in the same way that I was receiving phone calls or could take me six months to get my refund.

If you use a size 120 tank and have them come to get that tank make sure it is empty as they will not credit your account refund or exchange. You will just be out the gas that is left in the tank. I am having them came pick up my tank as I need to move my camper to storage. It is 50% full that is a loss of about $150-$200 for me. Just letting you all know this ahead of time as I was not informed of this policy. In my opinion this is not only bad business but it's theft.

Contacted support with a request to have my tank removed. Support sent me one email with the genera $100 hour estimate, and when I asked how I got a quote for them to do the work and what I needed to do to get that accomplished, I’ve heard nothing. No phone call no response from support, but I keep getting requests to order propane. They make sure they follow up on that.

We've been a commercial client for 11 years..loved their service until last summer/Fall..now they cost us thousands by not delivering according to the schedule..definately NOT the same as it had been. Save yourself the heartache. They clearly no longer want to be in business..
