The owner ,Sky, is focused on making this place as welcoming and community-driven as possible. And she knows a hell of a lot about wine too!! “Directions on GPS: 74 to, IL 92, 31st Ave right, 9th street right, 37th Ave on right. Pepsi states those are correct. Every way to this facility is restricted, and signs are posted. I called 15 times, and the operator would just hang up. Apparently, they spend a lot of time giving directions, and they don't want to deal with it. One star deduction for not answering the phone. Sketchy driving in, but quick unload and staff are friendly.Update:After some thought, I decided to update this for new drivers. You need someone to verify it's ok to drive on a restricted route. It's probably why they make it difficult to get ahold of someone at Pepsi. The fines, if LE decides to ticket you range from $3k to 11k. You need to be specify "Truck route directions." I would call until someone gave me directions either verbally, or in writing, telling you how to go. Pepsi first; then your company; then either the Sheriff, local police dept, or fire dept non emergency line. Be specific in telling them you are a truck driver needing truck route directions AND ask for a name of the persongiving you the OK. If nobody gave me an OK to deliver... I wouldn't take it. I don't care if that's how it's "Always done." At any time the city could decide to ticket you and if nobody gives you the OK, then that 3k to 11k ticket is YOURS!!! If someone gives you an OK and a name, it's their ticket. I wouldn't have taken it if my company didn't give me an OK in writing.”
