Customers have had positive experiences with the staff, who are described as amazing, nice, and providing excellent service. The store is also praised for its huge selection and nice atmosphere, being way nicer than any pawn shop customers have been to. The Luthier, Tony Carducci, is highly recommended for his great work on guitars, with customers being satisfied with the sound and condition of their instruments after his services.
I went in looking for a phone, I was sold an iPhone 14 Pro. The phone I bought had an issue with the back camera and flash, they were amazing with fixing the issue and/ finding a solution for me. I definitely recommend. Amazing service from Jim and Juan!

I brought my guitar in for a simple setup, but Tony went above and beyond and did a little subtle things as well. something that has taken typically a couple months, we done in just a couple days.
