“I received a email stating my package would be delivered between 1130 and 1:30 on Monday 3/24/25. At 3:37 I got a email that my package was delivered with a proof of delivery picture of a package leaned against a garage door but it wasn’t mine. At 5:15 the person whom I knew at the wrong delivery address pulled in with my package. A little later the FedEx truck showed up and sat there looking for my package which I can tell you was worth almost $3000. I went out to question the driver if he looked at the address on the package and he said they go by gps. I then asked him if FedEx had a policy on delivery with all the packages being stolen and he left mine leaning against a garage door wide open to see. The driver went off on me about heavy packages which mine didn’t weigh 15 pounds. After an exchange of words he told me he was gonna come out and knock my fn block off. I tried to call Rock Island and report this driver but never got past the computer generated option. FedEx is a very poorly run operation looking at all the negative comments posted and needs to look into why.”
