The staff is extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and always ready to help. They are never rude or aggressive, do not try to sell you things you don't need, and listen to what you want. The service is 10/10, with workers who become like family. While it might cost a few bucks more than big stores, it saves time and gas. Customers have visited for years and have never been disappointed, always experiencing a happy ending.

I love this true value. Mostly always extremely helpful. They have almost everything you need in a pinch and in a great location. Tim in the paint department is always so nice and very knowledgeable about paint products and everything else they have in the store.
