From pick up to drop off, we were constantly communicated with. Our things were on time, the staff was great, military weight tickets were done, hard copies and email copies of everything sent without me having to ask. We will absolutely use Upack again.

I had a swingset delivered today. The driver called and let me know he was coming in 15 minutes. He showed up and was VERY friendly it was a great afternoon! Amazon shipped it late, but that has nothing to do with the delivery service!
