We learned that our booked moving company could not complete the task at the last minute and U-Pack saved us from a difficult outcome. We were able to get enough U-packs to equal (at least) what a 20' container would have held. We shipped our U-packs across the Pacific ocean and received them even sooner than we had hoped. We are grateful to U-Pack, including the delivery team on both sides of the move, for the great communication and care of our things.

Won't ever get them again the truck bent one side of my couch up & scratched one of my lamp shades then before they delivered they had the nerve to say I went over one foot when I know I didn't & my regular movers even showed me the measurements I didn't have that much stuff & I saw the measurements if I went over why didn't they tell me that in the beginning probably to get more money next time I'll go with Pods but never ABF they didn't do a whole lot anyway except transfer it on to a choo choo train but they don't load or unload the guys who do that do all the work these guys don't except transfer it to one truck or train to another then let your furniture bounce all around & become damaged!!!!

From pick up to drop off, we were constantly communicated with. Our things were on time, the staff was great, military weight tickets were done, hard copies and email copies of everything sent without me having to ask. We will absolutely use Upack again.

We were a bit nervous about getting all of our belongings across the country from Illinois to Arizona (pricing as well as safety) and did a lot of research on it. We discovered U-Pack in our area of Illinois and called them and had every single question answered within a 5-10 minute conversation. It was the easiest move we've ever done and the most cost effective as well. The men that dropped off the trailer at the start, and also delivered the trailer to our door at the end were so great! They both were very friendly, professional and so accommodating as to where we needed the trailer placed. We appreciated the constant communication from U-Pack throughout the process. They give a tracking number for your trailer so you can see where it is as they go! I would highly recommend U-Pack to anyone moving near or far away.

The first time that we used U-Pack was in 2005 when our family filled an entire trailer to move from Rock Island, IL to San Jose, CA. That experience was flawless. This month, we helped my mom move from Moline to California. Initially we considered using a pod but when we realized that we really had no idea how much stuff she would be moving, we decided to use a trailer and pay per foot. For us, that was a good choice. We ended up using 10'. I set up everything online. When I called a few times with questions, I was always kindly helped. When Craig dropped off the trailer, he demonstrated how to use the ramp and how to secure the bulkhead. I really appreciated his helpfulness. U-Pack was more economical and easier than renting a truck and driving it ourselves. I highly recommend them.

We moved from near Cleveland, OH to the Quad Cities, IL/IA with U-Pack and had a great experience. Everyone we communicated with, especially the dispatchers and drivers with ABF freight, were super friendly and professional. It was easy to schedule the truck delivery and pick-up through ABF. The 13-foot trailer space was just enough for moving our 2-bedroom apartment (we packed high and tight).The one thing I would say is make sure that wherever you are leaving/moving-to has enough space to park the trailer, including the loading ramp - I believe it needs at least 40ft, but check to be sure.

If you want hassle free moving. If you go on line and ask for quotes you'll get a zillion spam calls. It's simple and direct.. calk them first-- no making you question how much the charge is. It's cut and dry and their service is superior.. prices are comparable to the other companies if not better. I've used upac twice now. It's a pleasant experience as far as movers go. They know their stuff.

I had a swingset delivered today. The driver called and let me know he was coming in 15 minutes. He showed up and was VERY friendly it was a great afternoon! Amazon shipped it late, but that has nothing to do with the delivery service!

Thank you for making my move so much easier! I learned just how much of a master my mom would be at Tetris when she expertly packed our entire little house (after some major cuts) into 9 feet of space. The gentlemen who came to drop off and pick up the trailer were all friendly, as well as the people I talked to on the phone regarding my trailer. They were friendly even as we had to push back the pickup date twice. I'm very happy with my experience! I'd say I'll happily use them again, but I'm not planning a cross country move like that ever again.
