I ran through the ATM to withdraw cash and the machine retrieved my card but would not give it back. I pressed cancel but it still would not give it back. I called the branch from the ATM machine, just in case my card spit out, but none of the employees in the branch would answer the phone after five minutes of ringing. I pulled up and asked the lady behind me that if my card spit back out to please let me know. She had mentioned that the machine had done the same thing to her card the week before. She tried putting her card in but my jammed card prevented her from doing any business. The long line of customers behind me all couldn’t do business that day. I went into the branch and asked (Shawn) if they could retrieve my card because I was leaving the country the next day on vacation and needed it. They refused to help me because their ATM’s are managed by another company. I asked for that company’s name and number, and again, they refused to give it to me. I called the main customer service number for US Bank and spoke to Crystal who assured me that the manager at the 18th ave. branch has a certain protocol to retrieve my card. Crystal patched me through to the manager, Christine, who again told me that she could not retrieve my card from their US Bank ATM. I will not be doing business with this bank anymore with their archaic malfunctioning equipment that outsources everything to other companies so they do not need to provide customer support.

I am trying to fix my credit card dispute with them since March 9 2023. I gave them all the documents. All Expedia documents of cancellation of my over charges as well. But still they did not fix my problem. I told banker her name was Estefania Romero that I need branch manager, district manager and regional manager email address to complain my problem. But she told me she can’t give me. She is busy ….she is not here. Look like this people doesn’t want to work. I have to give 1 star to write this but I even doesn’t give them 1 star sorry. I will still fight.

Got double charged for a transaction, disputed it, and US Bank denied the claim. Was a customer for 7 years but immediately closed both of my accounts.

I opened a "Platinum" savings account that has no fee, and was told I would need to open a checking account (which I assumed was no fee) as well. I received a fee within the first month or so after opening the account. I went into this location and they told me it would be credited every month or there was an error or something. It was credited and then the fee kept coming back and I kept going into the bank to get it credited. I didn't pay attention for a couple months and the bank refused to credit me back the money that they promised would be credited automatically each month. Manager left early that day, so I couldn't talk with anyone who knew the policies better than the teller who was looking up the bank's policies and reading them to me verbatim. I requested to close the account and they made me pay the fees that have since overdrafted my checking (which I didn't even want checking in the first place!). Thank goodness I closed my account before they gave me overdraft fees. I used to bank here for my business. I will never bank here again after repeatedly being told different things, and then having been ripped off for 2 months of fees.

Very slow service! One teller a female is very rude! She doesn't listen to what you say and she even put my money in the wrong account. I like banking with US Bank, the bank downtown rock island is wonderful please open back up soon!!!

This location always has very slow service!!! Today the drive thru has a line of 6+ vehicles and only ONE lane open. I tried calling the location but they are not taking calls at this time. ?♀️ I normally go to the Moline location off Ave of the Cities because they are always quicker than this location. However I was close to this branch. I will not make the mistake of choosing this location again in the future.Let me be clear this is not a one time bad experience, it's pretty much EVERY time I come to this location!

I been a lot banks over 45 years. I know its a tough time. But why ever time i pulled up there is only 1 or 2 lanes opening with 5 to 6 cars in both lane. Most of the time it looks one teller is working. Every time i come here i am waiting 15 to 30 minutes to get though. However today was real bad when you have a line way out in a busy 18th avenue. If your lobby isnt opened but by appointments only. Where is all your worker. Is your business that cheap trying save money. I had family and friends with me when i pulled up. They cant believed how long it takes. Today cars out in the street. Thats not safe and sound as you dont care. Very disappointed in this bank. I dont blamed the tellers. It's your management and corporate. .

Friendly when taking your money. Policies regarding helping your children with financial deposits are ridiculous. No other financial institutions have these silly policies. If you have choices, choose another institution.

Normally don't have any problems with this branch, but today I tried to go through the drive thru on my lunch break (I work at a bank as well so it's hard to get to the bank any other time) to take more money out than the ATM could get me. There was only one lane open and it was moving very slowly. I understand that there could have been issues with shortened staffing today, but seriously? Only one lane open on a Friday AND the first of the month? Pretty inconveniencing for those of us who are on a time crunch. I wasn't even able to get the money, I ran out of time and had to drive away to avoid coming back late for lunch.
