Applied US Passport here, it took 3 weeks to reach, very slow.

USPS mishandled and lost my check, I go down and be proactive and put a hold on my mail the same day. Guy at front counter doesn't enter the hold, and carrier keeps putting mail in my obviously broken mailbox.
