They mislabeled my suit and it was hard for me to pick up without waiting and multiple phone calls it was my first time there. Dropped off band uniform that had not been cleaned from previous student. They told me not to expect the collar to be pristine white but that it would be disinfected. For less than $8, the band uniform was returned in pristine condition with a white collar and spots removed. I was very pleased and will be returning. Very nice and fast service.

I brought dress pants to be dry cleaned, nothing more. They ended up starching then with a crease. These particular dress pants are skinny leg fit and not meant to be creased as it shrinks the size. I took them back and the re did them without the crease, however there is still the creasing because they pressed and starched them that way initially.
