This is the second time I have had to use a body shop in two years and both times I was very happy with Alpine Auto Body. I'm hoping not to have a third incident requiring a body shop visit in the foreseeable future, but if I do, I would reach out to them again.

I was pleasantly surprised when using Alpine Auto Body as quality service is hard to find nowadays. The communication from my initial call through the process and their overall repair knowledge was efficient and effective. All I could say was WOW when I picked up my 2017 Volvo XC90. Thank you

You don't have to schedule an appointment for a repairs estimate. Walked right in and within 15 minutes photos and information were taken care of. The estimate was emailed the next day. Other auto body shops required an appointment for a week or more out for their estimates to be done.

I was recommended Alpine body from a close friend, by far over the almost 2 months my car was in the shop, Mark, Tina, And Garry answered any and all of my questions and were more than understanding and welcoming. Mark kept me up to date and informed of all part delays and current repair status. Tina was awesome and understanding of issues I was facing with getting my car back asap. Garry was informative and honest with my concern with the vehicle being totaled out. The entire team at alpine are awesome and professional. I had extensive hail damage and Alpine Body shop took care of it all as well as worked directly with my insurance! And they are very nice and gave me a ride home after dropping off my vehicle. Would 100% recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

Alpine body shop the best in the business friendly courteous service knowledgeable body and fender superior paint work good to know there’s still experts in the business and if you want your car done right these people are second to none. You can’t tell your car has been repaired it comes out factory fresh. As other body shops you could tell your car has been repaired By inferior work. I HIGHLY recommend Alpine Body Shop. Two weeks ago I was in Rockford for a wedding and unfortunately I got in an accident with my14yr old Mini Cooper, but fortunately I got it towed to Alpine and that was the best decision I made. My car was totaled and not only did they promptly call me and fill me in on the total loss news in a very professional manner (which left me in a dilemma , thinking I had to get car back to the northwest burbs of Chicago). However, everyone went above and beyond helping me find a company to salvage parts to get a fair value and was able to leave my car at their location, since I was in an unusual situation. I don't live locally, but if I have body shop needs in the future, it is well worth me making the drive to Rockford to deal with the team at Alpine Body Shop. They are friendly, caring, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest wonderful people!
