Just traded in my vehicle and it was such an easy and stress free experience. Hope Smith was awesome and so down to earth and understanding of what I wanted and Ryan in Finance was just as amazing, down to earth and willing to work with what we needed financially!

Usually I have good service, recently stopped in for an oil change, with an appointment it took a little over an hour. was told that the service tech noticed battery acid leaking into my vents, never bothered to ask if I wanted a replacement or if they should pull it. I took it to Farm and Fleet and had them put in a new one while I went to dinner. Old battery had no leaks, wasn't bulging and seemed to be fine. Ended up costing me a couple hundred.

I have a 2021 Kia Sportage. I like my car. I haven't had any problems with it. My only complaint is the service center is not open on saturdays. If I had known this I really would not have purchased the vehicle. It is a huge inconvenience to take my vehicle for oil changes and tire rotations on a work night. When I express this concern to the employee behind the counter I felt like she was being rude to me. My time is important to me. I will not be purchasing from that location in the future.

I would never buy a car here again. They seemed so honest and trustworthy. We really thought we got a good deal until the decided they would not cover the cost of an extra fob or the fact that a week after we got the car we had to pay 180 for a diagnostic test which found the front crash camera could've faulty. Since they already sold the car to us they didn't seem to care about anything else. very disappointed

Bought a suv a couple weeks ago there were some problems with it, needed a coolant hose can't get it till the middle of February, so I have to keep filling it with anti freeze till the part comes in, February..service dept wanted to charge me almost $800 for parts and labor when it's still under warranty. When I left there only thing fixed after sitting for 4 hours was my camera... am not happy at all with the service dept..

We bought a used car here and paid cash for it. Hear a knock in the engine the very next day, and tried to take it back to them. They would not take it back and told me they would work with me to find another car. We spent to weeks looking for another car that would fit our needs. When we finely found one, they said they would give us 6,000 dollars for the car. All total I paid over $10,000 for the bad car. They wanted us to give them another $5,300 dollars for a car that was almost the same price as the bad car we bought from them. I thought they would be fair, but I found out they where trying to cheat my and my wife. Please don’t buy from them. I don’t want the same thing to happen to anyone else.I have to be far here. They just called and said they would give me the cost of what I paid for the bad car. That still leaves us paying tax, license, and other fees all over again. We need to think about this, because we don’t want to get taken again.

They had my car for over a month then when I went and picked up my vehicle up it was dead as a doorknob and they locked the gate on me so now I probably can't get my car until Monday I am highly upset and disappointed, 04/10/21 they did give me a loner vehicle which I took very good care of and returned they opened the gate yesterday and I jumped my car and we're home now
