If 0 stars was an option that’s what they would get. I’ve been here twice since I bought my car from another lot. The first time I spent around $900 on top of whatever the warranty covered. The communication is terrible unless you’re spending your own money and not a warranties. The attitude given to people who are frustrated with the expenses and poor warranty coverage is a lack of empathy. I never once directed my anger at them. I had to keep calling for updates on my vehicle. They would text they attempted to call but that wasn’t true. They refused to replace my axle which the warranty covered without other parts because they supposedly don’t get paid two labor charges to take the struts off twice. I paid almost $600 in parts and labor in order to take my vehicle because I couldn’t afford Lyfts and the cost of the repair. I ordered my parts and brought my car back just to find out my axle is stuck in the hub and requires $700 more in parts and labor. If they would have attempted to replace the axle they would have realized this two weeks ago. Then said they couldn’t put it back together without the repair so I’m forced out of $700 in order to get my car. (Sketchy) They “price matched” my parts this time which they didn’t offer the first time and we could have been done with this two weeks ago. (Sketchy) Frustrated and upset is an understatement. The complaint was it loud over bumps a week after picking it up it is still loud over bumps. If I go back another $700 I just know it. A rip off. 👎🏾

Sales representative Griffin was super helpful and insightful. He let me try multiple vehicles to see which one fit me and my wants. I was able to find and take home a vehicle that I loved and very satisfied with, with his help. The whole process was super easy and fast. I appreciate his time and patience. Would definitely recommend coming here and getting a new vehicle.

Alex the mobile technician was absolutely a pleasure to deal with , Jim and Alex were kind and very professional. Had a recall on my f150 and the came to the house and did it in a timely manner. Thanks guys .

James helped me order the truck I wanted, and made the entire process from beginning to end painless. While taking delivery, Griff took the time to run me educate me and run through all the bells and whistles.
If you're in the market for new or used vehicles I would highly recommend anderson.

If I could, I would Mark, Lori, and everyone in the Service Department one million stars. They have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my vehicle recall and ALL the issues I had with Hertz Rental Company. While they had my car for six months waiting for the parts, Mark was very honest with me that it was just a temporary fix. I can't say that Ford Company, as a whole, has been that upfront with me. What I will say is that I won't be buying Ford again and this has absolutely nothing to do with Mark, Lori, and their staff's quality of service - or even that of Anderson Rock River Ford. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a different brand of vehicle from them, if I lived in the state. Anderson Rock River Ford should be extremely proud of their employees! Thank you for trying to make this problem as hassle-free as you possibly could.

Great experience. I’ve never seen a better detailing job- The two cars I test drove were impeccably clean. One had 118,000 miles on it and it looked brand new.
I enjoyed test driving with Griffin. He really knows his stuff and was super prepared for me when I arrived. They printed off Carfax and we’re able to answer all my questions.

Stopped for an oil change on my 2024 F150 at the “Express Service”. Turns out they don’t really have that service even though it is advertised on their website. If you can’t keep a website current, I won’t trust you with my truck.
To follow-up. I drove in and did not see a sign for Express Service. I went into the door with the large sign saying Service Entrance. I asked about an Express oil change and her response was “we don’t do that” with no additional comments.
