My facial with Jackie today was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, she created such a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Jackie’s expertise and gentle approach made the entire experience so relaxing, and my skin feels refreshed, smooth, and glowing. I couldn’t have asked for better care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a rejuvenating and professional facial. I will definitely will be back!!

Did you know statistically it is harder to get new customers than it is to maintain the customers you have? Asha Salon does not care about its customers. If you miss an appointment they will charge you $75. You could be in the hospital and they wouldn’t bat an eyebrow. You didn’t show up and they are taking your money. And you may think…oh that won’t happen to me. That’s what I thought. And they stole $75 from me. I will never go back there and I will tell anyone that will listen.

Yareli has been working on my hair for about 3 months now, and it's been a very pleasant ride. The first time I came, there was another customer who was wild and likely unloved, who made the experience very stressful. She did her best to defend me, and still offered a great cut. As my hair has gotten used to the cut she gave me, I'm extremely pleased.

The massage therapist was nice, but I went in for a stress fix massage. I was highly anticipating leaving relaxed with a lot of my neck, lower back tension gone. Unfortunately, it was hands-down the weakest massage I’ve ever received. I don’t even know if I can call a massage as I was just getting oiled up with light rubbing the entire hour. I felt a little bit of pressure down the middle of my back when she started and then from there, the pressure was so limited that it just felt like an oil application. I did ask her if it was ok to please apply a more pressure and I received about 10% improvement after mentioning it. Upon leaving, I asked if I could have a hot towel because I was so excessively filled with oil I couldn’t even walk in my flip-flops. She offered me a shower in which I ended up taking a cold shower as I waited 10 minutes for it to heat up and it never did. No one asked how my service was, just asked how much I wanted to tip at the end. It just fell like an extremely unprofessional experience, especially for $120.

This WAS my go to place for massage, skin and nail care. They are great there, very friendly. I would give them higher stars, however I've had them cancel on me twice now the day of my appointment and both times were either on or the day after a holiday. The first time was for a pedicure on Father's day and they called to cancel because the girl didn't show up for work, then told me to call back and I couldn't get thru because they didn't turn the phone over so I got the recording that they weren't open. Why would you have me call back if I can't get thru?? Then had a massage with my regular massage therapist on July 5th and she called in sick. I understand that people get sick but I am suspicious when it's on or after a holiday. Plus she is only there on Fridays so I wasn't able to reschedule until August. Just not enough availability for me. Will be seeking other massage therapists

I was trying to schedule a cbd massage that is advertised but I couldn't find it in the massage choices or anywhere else. I called 15 minutes before closing last night and they had already closed. No biggie. I called this morning and explained the problem I was having She "listened" and said "i'm sorry, explain that again". I did and was put on hold. 3 minutes later I hung up.

I had an appointment scheduled for 7 PM (I always schedule a month plus ahead of schedule at my previous appointment for the same service), I showed up at 7 and sat for 25 minutes until I questioned the front desk. They tell me my appointment isn't until 8 which makes no sense because they close at 9 and I write everything down immediately. When I finally get brought back to the nail area, she tells me I'm only scheduled for a manicure. The front desk charged me for my service at check in and charged me for my spa club of the month which covers a pedicure & no chip manicure. Hence, I've been overcharged. I had to bring it up to the front desk myself or I would have been overcharged. The solution is to charge me full price for the pedicure and bank my spa club. At this point I'm frustrated. No one has apologized for anything or tried to rectify the situation. I feel that the front desk is incompetent and does not greet you properly. They have no energy and clearly don't want to work. They just want you to pay when you walk in so they can go home. This place use to be a quality salon. It's a ghost town and I see why. I'm very disappointed. I would not recommend.

I had a no chip manicure that started to chip after just a few days. I called and they offered to redo my nails. The second manicure was no better. I would not recommend this salon.

I see Jessica periodically for massages. The last two times I've visited, I've used the steam shower after my massage and come out of my appointment feeling thoroughly refreshed. The price point is higher than I'd usually approve of, but the staff and the atmosphere certainly make it worth the money.I've not yet indulged in other services offered at ASHA

I have absolutely zero idea how they are able to stay in business. I have came here 2x both when they had posted open hours as well as verify the hours by calling the store. Both times I have driven out for the doors to be locked during business hours.If you aren’t going to open or stay open maybe, just maybe you should update your hours

I was supposed to get a full highlight and just a cute shag. Well I didn't get a very good highlight at all because I could barely tell that I was there that long. My hair was completely uneven when I got home I looked in the mirror and I was so unhappy with what she did. I have had her do my hair before but honestly it was like she was somewhere else that day. I called and told them I just wanted her to cut my hair even because one side is longer than the other and I wanted my money back. I went back and my husband drove me and he bought our dogs so we could go for a walk after. She thought I wanted her to do my hair all over again. I said no I told them I just wanted you to straighten out the cut. Well I left and when I went home it still wasn't straight. So I had never been to Great Clips before but I went there and she fixed my hair the next morning and I didn't mind paying her.

I hate giving this place a three star but, I should of waited on hair stylist who did my hair last time. I like the color but there is things to learn doing biracial woman hair like horrible at styling. They had new girl work on my hair not such a good idea. But I’ll have to see regular stylist that did my highlights.

My go to place when I need a relaxing experience. I've been going there off and on since they opened. They've had some really exceptional talent through the years. The only critique would be, in more recent years they need more uniformity of their processes. When I first started getting massages and facials there you would get a foot soak with a salt rub on the bottom of your feet, you'd choose between three essential oils to be used in your service, at the end of your massage you'd get a mini-facial (cleaner, hot towel, moisturiser), and at the very end be told to take three deep awakening breaths with the essential oil on your tech's hands hovering above your face. All these extras are what made you want to come back. However, over the years these extras became less consistent. Some techs do some of them, and some very few. Not sure if it's a lack of training or if those extras were scaled down at some point to only be included with a specific type of massage or facial. Nevertheless, it's still my favorite spa in the area.
