Amanda at the front desk is a stain on the reputation of Aspen Dental. my husband has had $10k out of pocket work at Aspen Dental and we choose them for all our family dental needs. Due to Amanda’s rotten attitude and all around distain for working with the general public, our household won’t be back to Aspen Dental. Management should be ashamed that this is the first person patients have to speak to

I called Aspen Dental for an appointment for my husband to have 2 crowns put back on. I should have known that it would be a mistake because they were able to get him in on the same day. We only had a bit of a wait in the waiting room. However, once he was called back is another story. He was in the chair for over 2 hours and came out with paperwork for a full set of dentures! Even with insurance we would still pay almost $7000 out of pocket. They said that he’s losing bone structure. If that were the case then why didn’t the dentist he saw 4 months ago tell him that? And why didn’t the dentist say anything about bone loss when we spent $6000 on an implant? Why, because he doesn’t need dentures. To top it off they never put the crowns back on. They were side by side and when flossing with the toothpicks with the floss one lifted off and then while eating the other came off. Not happy at all.
