Was just put into a full blown panic attack being treated like a criminal at this location. Illana is a power tripping teller who “no ID is good enough,” for her. They’re quick to threaten you with calling the cops when they’re in the wrong. When you have documentation stating that you’ve been treated poorly by their customer service. Their tellers have no empathy and treat customers like we’re trying to pull a fast one on our own accounts. Do not bank with any of these associated locations. An absolute nightmare being their customer as a small business owner. Dale the branch manager, finally fixed THEIR problem today after bringing me to tears. Absolute worst banking experience of my life. A 5 min bank trip always turns into 45. Even three months ago spoke with management and marketing rep and was assured this wouldn’t happen again- it happened EVERY MONTH. $1500 isn’t fraud! I shouldn’t be questioned trying to take out MY MONEY. Photo is of the first time I was treated like a criminal in May of 2024. It’s now September. My card was also chipped between the teller and branch manager and was told, “you can call visa for that.” (The most incentive response when my card should have never been out of my wallet).

Don’t trust auto mortgage payments with associated. They applied last month to principle somehow, then reported to credit that the account was delinquent (even though full payment was still paid)

Everyone here is always very friendly. I lost my deposit box key & had to empty it out before moving out of state. They found my key and mailed it off to me for free, which was nice of them. I recently drove back to pick all my contents up. Because of covid they have reduced their hours but they sent everyone emails of the changes. Kerry has been my go to banker. She’s quick & efficient. Although she’s very busy she’s always went out of her way to assist me. I’ve had only good experiences with this location in the last few years.

There was a reason I pulled my accounts and left for then Alpine Bank, nothing but double talk and not helpful. After the loss of my family member I was considering keeping an account there but was met with the same treatment that had me leaving. Unprofessional and not very courteous unless they sniff out that they can get your money.
