They gave me the wrong rotors. The rotors i recieved were for a different vehocle than the ones i requested them for.
Luckily, theuvreplaced them with the right ones and matched the price.

I have been let down allot more from this store recently. For some reason they seem to not have hardly anything in stock anymore at this north second location. The other locations seem to have more and there competitors do as well so unfortunately have to go with them. The customer service is good though. Makes you wonder if they are purposely doing this.

Tracy is the ideal customer service representative. She was highly professional, sincerely friendly, knowledgeable, great floor awareness, came out to make sure that the power steering fluid was poured in the right place and I noticed while we were under the hood that the battery was corroded and she recommended an all in one kit with a metal like scraper. Thanks again Tracy for being a professional and helping me.... It really meant a lot because like I mentioned I don't know anything about cars. Personnel like you is the reason LOYAL CUSTOMERS EXIST.....

Came in Christmas eve 2023. Had a burnt out front light bulb while out to visit family. Christian was really helpful, he looked up the part and even helped me swap it out. A+ Service. Thank you!

I had such an amazing experience there two days ago. The three girls that work there are super knowledgeable and helpful. I believe there names were Taylor, Faith and I wanna say Tracy. It is so good to see girls in automotive places. I highly recommend shopping here
