Women behind counter did not know nothing about the tool I was wanting to rent and yelled at me for saying she obviously didn’t understand how the tool worked and she then said “I won’t sell you this” with her face beat red. Asked for the manger but he coddled her for treating a customer badly. Never had such a terrible experience as this! I guess AutoZone does not hire experience people no more.

Decided to make autozone my parts store after a bad experience at Orileys.
But this location doesn’t seem to be very customer forward. The guy seemed less than neutral. Maybe not a great day for him or busy even though there’s no one in the store?
Really don’t wanna come back. And willing to try Orileys again

This is the worst auto zone ever! No customer service what so ever. I was in from Texas and had a terrible experience with them so I went to the auto zone on 11th Street and they were AWESOME

Don't waste your time with this location , untrained and unreliable employees cost me an extra 20$ for useing cash, was told to come back the next day and was just given a number, just go to advanced auto down the road like I did or orileys

Brittany And the store manager was very helpful I came in to get a light bulb they took the time to help me out and figure out which one I need it and also put it in for me. Great service

Jamie and Tyler were awesome! We are from out of town and could tell our battery was dying. We pulled in close to closing time and they took their time to make sure we got back on the road. We appreciate them so much. As my husband said, they are the greatest people alive lol. Thank you so much! They definitely deserve a raise!

I stopped in today knowing my battery was bad. Mel came out and tested it to verify and then installed my new battery for me. The associates at this location were great. Very fast & efficient.

I got the great opportunity to meet Mel (store manager) on s alpine rd 61108. He always has a smile on his face, he make sure I get everything i need about my car’s parts. He is very professionsl and has a good actitud , make me come back to the store for another 20 yrs. ?
