“Stopped in today to have my battery tested. Tech checked it in the parking lot , then brought it inside for a more thorough test. Found it needing replacement and did so under warranty. Very pleased with the quality of service and friendly staff . Thank you , Five Stars in my book !”

“Went to Loves Park to return a part. They sent me to Auburn St. Met Jessi. She was amazing. I needed new whiper blades and she not only got them for me she put them on as well. In the process my headlight was out and thought I needed a new one but only needed it reconnected and she did that to. She not only was taking care of what I needed she was also addressing the other people in there as well. Totally impressed with her. Thanks for the the great service!!!!!”

“I'm learning to love this place. As someone who doesn't know much of anything about cars but is learning that there's things you can do yourself and not pay hundreds of dollars to replace (like lightbulbs), this place is turning into a place to go as I adult.
I can go look for stuff myself or I can go up to one of the friendly people at the counter and ask them to help me find the best items for what I'm looking to do. And they also - without me asking! - give me money back deals or percentage off coupons. I think it's so nice and convenient and helpful.

“Brought in battery from my motorcycle to have tested, thinking I needed a new one. Employee was very helpful, answering all questions. Old battery tested bad and I purchased new replacement one. Whole thing went smoothly and very efficient. I would recommend giving them a try!”
