I went in and shared my multiple allergies and sensitivities with the salesman. He explained each step of the process and showed me how they use cotton and wool with no foam to hand make the mattresses custom to your needs. My current mattress chemicals are making me sick. I cannot wait to get my mattress so I can start feeling better. Thank you Beloit mattress company for being there for people with health issues. My life Willy truly be better from knowing and interacting with you!!

Amazing service and excellent product!! I wanted a custom sized mattress pad for my RV. Did a web search, found Beloit and decided to follow up. Sent in a request for quote and within 24 hours had a quote. Decided to try them, ordered and within two day got notification that the pad was being shipped. It arrive 3 days later and it fit perfectly and is of very high quality. I normally don't write reviews but this team certainly deserve 5 stars.

This family owned business has absolutely impressed me with the way they conduct business in this day in age.From the start Eleanor, Rick, Ryan and Steve went above and beyond to educate me how they produce the exceptional quality mattresses available at Beloit Mattress Company. After a quick and informative conversation with Eleanor over the phone it was clear these were honest people making a quality product.Believe it or not I went across the country shopping for mattresses. This company has by far the most amazing customer service as well as the highest level of craftsmanship and materials available in the industry today.I visited many other companies in New Jersey and Massachusetts and no one else came close to the providing the quality, value and exceptional customer service than the folks at Beloit Mattress.I highly recommend any product from this company as they hand make their mattresses. I just ordered a custom sized topper from Beloit for an odd sized daybed, and the topper arrived very quickly. It was well made and a very comfortable and plush gel material enclosed in a nice cotton cover. I am very pleased!

The salesman Jameson was very knowledgeable and shared he had actually made the mattresses for years before moving to the sales floor. We had been to several big-box stores before coming here and, frankly, expected higher prices. The prices were actually quite similar and for the quality you are getting, really unbeatable. What I liked most was Jameson’s thorough explanation of how the mattresses were made, right down to the material and stitching used. There is even an eco friendly option to have your mattress adjusted and modified if you are having an issue with it in the first year of purchase. I love that they don’t just replace it and toss the used one away like most stores. All in all, seems like a wonderful family-owned business!

A few months ago I bought a mattress, telling them I wanted the firmest possible. They gave me exactly what I asked and it was a great mattress but just too firm. They picked up the mattress and at a very minimal cost rebuilt it to a little less firm. Perfect! What more could anyone ask? They picked it up, rebuilt it, and delivered it the same day! I can't say enough about this company. Great people and great products.

We waited 2 weeks to review the company and our mattress. Our experience with Beloit Mattress deserves 10 stars!! We shopped the Rockford store where Jameson assisted us. Totally knowledgeable, personable, and no pressure. We chose to pick our mattress up in Beloit. The pickup went seamlessly. Very friendly and helpful. We've slept on our mattress over 2 weeks now. LOVE IT!! We're retirement age and neither of us are small people. We didn't realize how badour old mattress was until we got our new one.No break in period was required. Only regret is that we didn't do business with them years ago.

Every contact I had with Beloit mattress was wonderful. They understood my problem and explained the solution succinctly and perfectly. They responded immediately when I called to say I had received the parts and the technician was very knowledgeable and did the job quickly and expertly. I am so glad to have found Beloit mattress and am sure I will do business with them again.
