Don’t go to this location. The employees don’t care about people with disabilities. They took away all their scooters for people to be able to ride around the store. I was forced to walk through the store. Once I was finished there was no where to sit down and wait for a ride so I had to sit on the sidewalk because I couldn’t stand any longer.

I used Geek Squad but unfortunately, they weren’t able to help me. I also got two different stories from two different people on why they couldn’t help so I’m rather confused. I’m not real happy with it.

Terribly unfriendly Best Buy. Long time customer. Returned two HDMI cords the salesman sold me that I did not need with the new television. Got the third degree. No smile. No hello. Nothing. Terrible service at this particular store and no one seems to care to make it better.
