Scheduled for an alignment, had me wait 1 hour and 30 mins to tell me they could not do the alignment. After I asked the front desk why I had to wait so long to be informed, was told i dont know I just got here. After I asked to speak to someone else they blamed it on having to take a look and diagnose the vehicle well... from personal experience it does not take more than 30 minutes of inspection alone to be able to figure that out. Additonal thing is if it takes an hour and a half to diagnose and look at all the parts why is the report still incorrect? There were parts diagnosed as okay and they are not. That's silly.

The people as usual are excellent at farm& fleet and the choice here in Rockford seems to be much better than the farm& fleet near us. So good job on all of that
