Very bad customer service, the most unprofessional bank I have ever been to. Employees eating food at the counter of the workplace in front of customers. A baby playing behind the teller window during business at a chair. Is this a bank or are your workers also babysitting on the job?
The b security guard that works there sits on a chair with his head down in his lap looking at a phone every time I see him or he is chatting with the women employees instead of working(must be nice to have that freedom)
When you think about a competent bank and the type of employees you expect to see working, it's the exact opposite of this place. The hiring manager must not have any standards and I think a district manager should look into this because the manager at this location doesn't have a hold on things in my opinion.
Think twice before ever opening an account here or doing business at this location. I may be making a change. Choose a better place and don't put up with the bad service like I have. Learn from my mistake.

Deposited a check from my 401k account and was given a letter from the teller and told that I would have a certain amount available in my account the next day. I said that was fine because I only needed a certain amount by the 1st. The next day comes and I'm told that there's been a hold put on my check and now I have to wait ten days for my money and it won't be available until the 5th, which is way after I need it. I was not informed that that was even a possibility when asking while depositing the check. Had someone informed me of this when I asked, than I would have gone elsewhere and paid money to cash my check. So now they have screwed me over and I have no access to my funds. I will be finding another institution that can give full information to their customers and never using them again. I do not recommend BMO to other people for banking at all.

Deposited a check and was then informed it would be held for 11 days before I would receive my funds. I have never had to deal with anything like this!

Yesenia at the Alpine/Newburg branch was super easy to deal with. She helped us through a fraud issue, and made the process as easy as she could. Everyone at this branch have always been friendly, and helpful. This situation just reassures me I’m doing business at the right branch.

One of the best banks in country but this location some of the employees have a bad attitude I was there today for over an hour the security guard was hitting on one of the bankers laughing and not doing his job so he get paid for doing nothing

I think I've had it with BMO. I've had the same account since I was about 15, initially with Amcore and since the day BMO took over the customer service has been a joke. I will be withdrawing everything from the account and will not be using the company ever again.

Terrible service, I definitely do not recommend this location, I have 6 months with the same problem and until today they have not been able to solve or help me solve the problem either by phone or by person, something as simple as removing a note from the system.
