Boot Barn

Hours: Boot Barn is a great place to buy western and work wear, with a large variety of all items but mostly boots. The store is very clean, neat, organized, and tightly arranged. Customers enjoy the intoxicating smell of leather. The people, merchandise, and prices are all excellent. Employees are exceptional, very attentive, friendly, and helpful, with exceptional customer service. They really know their product and are well-rounded in answering questions and servicing needs. Some note a lack of premium products like exotic leather boots, belts, wallets, and premium jeans, feeling the store sells entry level everything. The store does carry FR clothes. Some find the boot size organization out of whack, needing a better flow. Staff is helpful with orders and shipping.
