I have noticed a lot of BP's are now run by people from other countries who seem to have a partial grasp on the English language. Additionally, they are not very clean, nor are their stores. For me, from now on, I will avoid BP's. I am not tolerant of messy, smelly stores, and I expect the people who work their to have pride in their appearance and work ethic.

Why does their gas sign say $2.99 unleaded if the gas pump charges you $3.29 for unleaded? There’s no car wash, just false advertising 🫤

Great place, to shop and fuel up unlike QT they’re a staple to Rockford, and have fair prices. I recommend to anyone in the area very fair, and customer service is top notch, highly recommend for all gas station needs.

The Coffee was cold and inedible. Air pump for tires is out of order but no signs indicating as such. The place was messy in general and the customer service was nonexistent as the attendant merely watched his own phone instead of customers needs. Wish I went across the street instead for gas.

Bad customer service. Went to pump gas as husband went into the attached subway to get food but my card wouldn’t work at their pump. I went into subway to ask husband for different card and the gas station owner (Attendant?) followed me into subway and barked at me stating I couldn’t block the pumps while in subway, which is part of their building. I was trying to give their gas station business money but that interaction was enough for me to say “never mind”. The only reason I was trying to get gas from this dump was BECAUSE of Subway so decided then and there to skip my attempt to purchase gas. I will now get gas at one of the two other new clean and well run stations at each corner across the street and never go to this place. Place is a dump and owners confrontational with no customer service skills. Very condescending interaction. Other reviews here show this is their business model so suggest folks avoid this place and pick stations across the street. The owners here are giving BP a bad name and hope the corporate BP office is aware of how these folks are representing their brand in such a negative light.

I was taking a one hour break in the parking lot and was asked to leave so I said OK no problem.
I was at the stop sign, trying to decide which way to go and the maintenance man came into the intersection and told me to leave immediately.
I couldn’t leave quick enough for him

The staff is extremely friendly, they have a great selection of snack and drinks and they have SLOT MACHINES!!! I love stopping here on my way home from work.

I have been shopping with this group for almost a year. I have to mention how well I am treated. Tony, has become a great friend. These gentlemen always take care of me and let me know the good deals, and one time after everything was closed i mentioned I’ll have to cook at home after a long day, and they gave me food!! These are great people and we love them here in our diverse community. 10/10 I have NEVER had anything other than great service. These guys are family!!

Not good, Men's room was out of order, women's room had vomit in it. Wife bought a bai only to find out it has expired months earlier. Would avoid.
