I went to the Rockford location after having a bad experience at another store and oh my gosh this store was so so amazing. The staff was next level best customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time! So much more variety! And stuff that actually fits for a tall girl! I will definitely be coming back to this buckle before any other one! These girls today were great! Kudos to Katelyn!

Great customer service does still exist, I came in and picked up a pair of jeans I ordered online around 7pm and the girl that helped me was very nice and friendly. The manager and I sprung up a conversation and talked for a few minutes while she was straightening the clothes. It’s hard to find good customer service anymore. I’ll definitely be back soon.

I buy most of my clothes here and the jeans are always really good quality. I love putting together outfits though and am this point definitely a regular at this store!
