I will not recommend Budget Car anymore. I been booking with for quite sometime, but this time they miss guided me. I booked the car over their hotline number for 4 days. They told me my bill will be around $250 but when I received my bill they charged me $560. I talked to customer service and told me I was charged per mile but when I was booking the car the lady told me its unlimited miles. I'm very disappointed.

Terrific service and great vehicles. The men at the counter are extremely helpful and make the rental process quick and simple. Will definitely be back here for my next vacation!!

I always rent from this location in cherryvalle mall once a year their customer service is excellent and vehicles are always cleaned. Staff Sal is very friendly and helpful! Inside was really clean !

These people are very unprofessional, if you have a discount through your employer, good luck using it, you might need a spit swab and blood sample, even then they might deny you with no explanation given. Apparently they are very concerned with people kicking down their door to vacation in Rockford, and rent here, lol.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had, in any business ever. The Jacksonville Airport kiosk is staffed by people I wouldn't hire to sweep up a warehouse.....

First time using this place and will be my last. I usually go through enterprise because I never have problems when I go through them and they are quick with service.I’m always in and out. But because they had no cars. my cousin suggest this POS. That’s why it’s important to do research because had I known they didn’t take debit or that the cancellation fee would be $150 i would of neeeeeveer came here

The customer service was horrible, the guy walks away from the customer and asks another employee about chairs. Then tells the customer that they don’t take a debit card for one day rentals which the rental was for two days. Then when the customer gets home she has a 150$ cancellation fee that he didn’t even bother to to tell her. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

We rent a car every year for our family road trip/vacation and this was the 1st time we’ve went with budget as we usually use enterprise. From start to finish it was a disappointing experience and the customer service doesn’t come close to the professionals at enterprise. First the attendant couldn’t be found when I came to pick up the vehicle. Then he didn’t give me my credit card back and had to come back and ask for it when I realized shortly after. The car had more damage than I’ve ever seen on a rental. The walk thru was quick and very unprofessional. When I brought the car back I was 30 minutes early and filled the tank instead of returning 7/8 like when I picked it up. When I arrived to drop it off again there was no one to be found at the counter and after 5 minutes a teenager named Abraham came to assist me. He was very unfriendly, took the keys and walked out without communicating anything, returned 5 minutes later telling me the car was excessively dirty and had pet hair all over it. We had zero animals in the vehicle all week. The only thing dirty in the car was a few food crumbs on the floor that could have easily been shaken off or hit with the shop vac right in the building but Abraham made me go vacuum or they were going to charge me a crazy cleaning fee. I left and went to the road ranger and Mobil nearby to discover they had no vacuum and went to a 3rd gas station to pay $2.00 to use the vacuum for 30 seconds and get the crumbs on the floor. I video tapped the before and after to show just how ridiculous this was, zero pet hair anywhere, even found some farmer magnets under the passenger seat that were not ours so it never got properly cleaned before I picked it up. I really felt like Abraham was trying to squeeze a $250 fee out of me. In the end to save $50 we gave budget a shot and got a damaged vehicle, terrible customer service, strong armed to go vacuum after I returned it early and with a full tank and was made late to work for my trouble. DONT USE BUDGET, BUDGET GET BETTER PEOPLE TO REPRESENT YOU BECAUSE ABRAHAM IS A TERRIBLE REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR COMPANY. USE ENTERPRISE JUST ONCE AND YOU WILL SEE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE THARS WORTH SPENDING A LITTLE MORE.

Whoever the cocky little prick working the counter is needs to get a reality check. Reserving a car, receiving a confirmation, and then being told they only had a frickin Kia Sportage for $50 more per day than an Elantra is a JOKE. There’s a reason I haven’t used budget in years, this prick reminded me why.

I needed to rent a car to cover for a car repair. Pete Meister was extremely professional and very helpful to make sure I was able to rent a car. For a very fair price I received a practically new car. Also during the check out he was very informative of how the car works and drives. Very helpful and very fast check in when I returned the car less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this business and I will use it again

Easiest car rental I’ve ever had! And we’ve rented all over the US and Mexico. Quick pick up, brand new car for a VERY reasonable price, and dropped off at night, putting the key in the overnight Dropbox.
