Every time I go in here I have to wait for the cashier to finish her text message on her personal phone before she completes my sale. And every single outside garbage can was overflowed all over the ground I would hate to see what the restaurant inside looks like no thanks

Will not be coming back here ever! The cashier was rude and didn't ask if I had rewards. When it came up I tapped it and then she rushed through the transaction and wanted my $. I told her I was going to do my rewards and she looked dumbfounded like I wasn't supposed to do that . I had a line behind me so I told her forget it. Even the customers coming in here have attitude! Makes no sense. This is the worst Casey's I have ever been in,period!

I tried calling this location and apparently their phones are not working. And since I cannot get back to the store anytime soon, I will just tell everyone here. I purchased a clod pressed juiced juice and I didn’t check the expiration date. It expired in May. I only checked the date after I mixed it with my powdered supplements and it tasted very off. So since I could not reach anyone to tell them to check dates for expired items, I’m telling all of you.

Really like Casey's but this one is pretty gross. There's poop on the bathroom wall in the men's bathroom that's been there for days and the sink is turning black cause it obviously hasnt been cleaned in a very long time. The outside garbage cans are overflowing. They look like they haven't been emptied in weeks. I will never eat food from this place, if they can't even clean poop from the bathroom wall what makes me think they care about the cleanliness of the kitchen? Very disappointed because Casey's has pretty decent pizza.

I go to this place every morning and buy coffee, lunch and sometimes breakfast. They is so clean and have the best customer service. I also look forward to speaking with one of the cashiers in the morning Stacy. I sometimes have bad mornings and when I leave there she makes sure I walks away smiling

If i could give zero stars i would. Every morning i go in theres never any pizza ready and if there is, its usually old and crusty. The older man in the kitchen doesnt even acknowledge customers when asking how long for a fresh pizza. This location isnt even busy when i come around 6:30am so im not sure why its so hard to have food ready.

Don't order a thing from here!We ordered a pizza and a few other items and only received 2 out of our 4 items. So we call them and try and get a refund for the 2 items that we didn't receive but apparently we only can get our names taken down for future orders, like that's going to happen ever again. He then proceeded to lie to us saying he called us trying to fix the issue but we haven't received any phone calls for multiple days before today.

Don't order food from here. We order 4 things and received 2 cold things. I called the store to get a refund for the other items but apparently we can get a refund we only can get our number taken down for a replacement in the future like we are going to order in the future. He then lied to us and said he tried to call us and fix the issue but we haven't received any phone calls for hours before the order.

First of all where do I start? Every time I go in there for food like take for instance breakfast burritos they're either cold or don't taste right. The guy who works back there is totally cool when his boss is around but when she isn't there he's rude as hell. The last three times I've gone in there I've had to deal with this guy. Not anymore I'm going someplace else. And yes the person I'm talking about is the heavy set old guy.

Went in for quick grab lunch. No salads, no sandwiches. One cashier, 7 people in line. Bathrooms were horribly filthy. 3 other employees standing by pop fountain arguing with a customer. Oh, and the deliveries were piled everywhere. This is my last visit here.

Always fresh sandwiches, pizza or whatever food item I order. Accurate order if delivered. Courteous and competent employees . I recently had a delivery order where the delivery driver (Door dash) took off with my order. Must have been hungry. An employee named Paige handled the situation perfectly and also went above and beyond expectations. I truly am appreciative of such excellent and compassionate customer service.
