I wouldn't even give a one star but it was as low as I could give. I stopped in for drinks and noticed the ice cream machine and thought I would have one. The man Michael from the his name tag) came running and yelling at me. I had no clue he was cleaning it no signs or anything to provide cleaning, so I threw the cone in the trash. I proceeded to the register to pay for my drinks and I made a comment to the cashier the man was rude, and I would be calling to make a complaint. He runs to the register and was yelling at me is there a problem and I told him first to just leave me alone. (There was a customer behind me even saying how rude and how he was yelling at me). I kept telling the man to just leave me alone, and he kept yelling at me. I told him I was a paying customer and if he didn’t like his job then he should just leave, and not treat customers like that. Another man came running up to the register asking if there is a problem and the customer behind me stepped up saying how rude everyone was. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I will NOT be returning to this location.

I ordered a small sausage pizza and when I got home it was the worst pizza I ever bought the bread was flatter than a sheet of paper it was cut horribly and it took about 40 min to make never again will I eat here and I wish I could tell more people how horrible it was it was the young girl that works there

cashier on the phone doesn't even bother looking up or speak or say anything no hello or your welcome and I wouldn't be suprised if he checked if the ones i gave him were fake too, but to be honest every time i come here no matter who it is i feel like no matter who they're always very rude cashiers, another checked if my 20 was fake because my business card declined like come on, you guys are pathetic. Come up with something else better to do, i'll go somewhere for sure now

You have to press thirty buttons to get gas. You have to turn down their rewards program before you can get gas. Laughable

I get the same rude old lady every time I go in there. This was around noon on 7/28. Wouldn’t do cash back or give us change because that would “require me to go in the safe, it’s Sunday so i don’t want to.”
I’ve managed plenty of gas stations. You can go in the safe anytime you want. If you can’t, a manager would be more than happy to open it for you. I don’t understand why lazy people want to work.

Just tried to get gas and the station is closed like 10 minutes early. Ran out of gas trying to get to the next station. Tell your employees thanks for being lazy. It's real easy to do your job. Now I need a new fuel pump. I sincerely hope you get fired.

Very friendly staff , clean new store , However their prices on food items are insanely high. Last time I was there I initially picked up a Fountain soda and a plain Cheeseburger from their sandwich counter, when I went to pay for these 2 items the cashier said the total was $8.75. One of the most blatant examples of price gouging I've seen. Ridiculous,

I went in at noon to pick up a quick lunch. There just a few pieces of old pizza - nothing fresh. I was expecting a little more at lunch time. So disappointing.

I walked in to get cash back and gas the older white lady at the register profiled me for asking if she had $20 dollars cash back in her drawer and stated I should not be asking if she has money in her drawer proceeding to profile me as a robber due to the question I will never be returning to this establishment and warn others as to this conduct from the employee towards other ethnicity groups

Clean friendly and never disappointed , this is by far the best ran Casey’s in the Rockford region . I wish the Casey’s by my house had such a clean efficient crew and friendly staff . I needed propane at the Casey’s on Columbia and the cashier with rotten teeth and purple hair said that she was the only person there and I should wait Outside and hopefully it wouldn’t be too long . So I drove to this bell school location and was treated with respect and got my propane instantly . Again this is a great Casey’s location and the only one I’ll stop at .
