Spoke to the manager today to see about picking up my freight from the terminal. Mr.Robert Jeter was by far the most professional and helpful guy.

Freight arrived damaged. Half of the shipment was not on the pallet. 19 boxes of someone else’s shipment was on the pallet. Customer service said that can’t happen.
