I went in today to help a family member open a new account and met with Branch manager Danielle Pfaff, she was such a delightful person very knowledgeable, and patient. She explained many different products and services and helped me to understand how the services work. she even took the time to explain to me how a non-chase product works. If you're in the market for investments don't underestimate Chase Bank there's no need to hire or out source a financial advisor they have people in house who would help you. I just praised this back couple days ago. I'm taking every star back after today. I went to the teller to ask how I can get to safe deposit because I had cash in there I need. The first thing she said to me was YOU SHOULDN'T KEEP CASH IN THERE. I replied "THAT'S MY CHOICE AIN'T IT?" I do not need you to tell me on what to do with my safe deposit box. Are you crazy? You are not my Mother. I never knew it's by appointment! WTH? I need whatever is in there by tomorrow morning. So now I'm screwed.

I called ahead to see if they would notarize wills. The lady who answered said they have two staff that can notarize and there's no charge for Chase customers. She said they can also be witnesses. I live 30 minutes away and was expecting to get our wills done. I spoke with the lady behind the counter and she said they don't notarize wills and she was the lady that could notarize. She was very rude.

My experience was fine. I just had to deposit a check and was in and out no problem. Front desk people were nice and the place was clean.

Went at 1:40 pm today thinking lunch hours were over to get something notarized and after signing in and sitting down some lady walks over 10 minutes later to look a what service I was there for and she says the one person there that can do that just left for lunch for an hour. She said I could go to UPS and pay to get something Notarized. Why would I want to pay for something when Chase supposedly does this as a free service for their customers? That is if the only person in the whole bank is not out to lunch or on vacation or calls in sick....excellent mis-management skills here at this location!
