Removing the drive up has me so frustrated. Having only atm drive through makes absolutely no sense. Having to stand in a line 20 people long because chase made the decision to remove the drive thru has me questioning customer loyalty and that you care about the customer experience.

Combining 2-Big Branches into 1-small compact Branch with 0-Drive up windows and No Business or Commercial Drive Up or Window is telling - that Chase doesn't care or want Commercial Customer's - getting into New location that has small cramped Parking Lot not going to work well . . .

I visited this location twice in both times I had a really good experience. This last experience was with William. He had to correct a mistake that someone else made and I thought that I would get sent away and told to simply make an appointment. That's been my experience at other branches. But he took care of it right then and there and he was friendly. I really appreciate good customer service especially when I'm stressed out. Good job! Thanks for making my day better.

I've banked with chase for over 5 years. Always used the same 2 accounts with no issues. Well about 2 weeks ago Chase Bank decided to close both of my accounts without any real explanation. I've never had any fraud reports or suspicious activity as confirmed by the countless reps I've spoken with over this matter. Apparently it was a "personal" decision by the bank. Since speaking out about the manner I've found that quite a few (over 10) local people have had this happen to them as well since September of 2023. I also found that my access to my statements and documents has been revoked and why? I called to ask for documentation regarding this ordeal and they have told me no its been sent out before but I have never received anything! This is absolutely terrible of the company to do to so many loyal clients. I highly recommend NOT banking with chase.

Floyd is the man!!! Quick, efficient, and so understanding!! Helped me solve all my problems and answered every question I had. Could not have asked for better customer service. The young lady at the tellers booth (I didn't catch her name) was also fast, efficient, and very understanding. Between the two of them, everything was solved so smoothly, it's unbelievable!!
