One of worst banks I’ve dealt with after my information was compromised and someone used my debit card for a shopping spree..I call in to file a dispute to find out that chase hires employees out of the us in India I wonder how they got my information..not to mention I have to wait 7/15 business days to get a new card and also see if chase is gonna refund me my money back great 2 days before Christmas .. don’t worry I have millions on stand by for this kind of stuff ..

I just opened with them, they just closed my account and telling me I need to go to chase for them to do a check on information when I give them information and the customer service is so bad that I was crying

I went in today to help a family member open a new account and met with Branch manager Danielle Pfaff, she was such a delightful person very knowledgeable, and patient. She explained many different products and services and helped me to understand how the services work. she even took the time to explain to me how a non-chase product works. If you're in the market for investments don't underestimate Chase Bank there's no need to hire or out source a financial advisor they have people in house who would help you. Thanks again for your time Danielle.

My mom died and I waited a month for you to close her account, went to another chase guess what they tell me none of the paperwork has been filed you lied to us and have been reported to the higher ups.

Very rude, unhelpful and lack of knowledge. They need training on working with people. Lady on far left teller station at 130pm 12.2.22 was a disaster. Needs fired really.

Remeber when you kept taking money out my account bc you didn't like that I didn't let you have the dollar in my account and I called you out in it and it made you made enough to want another phone call from me? How's adidas?

I made two attempts to open a checking account, and both times I was told they are to busy.I wasn't aware Chase has better things today when someone wants to open an account with $10k.I would highly recommend that no one do business with Chase bank.

I just praised this back couple days ago. I'm taking every star back after today. I went to the teller to ask how I can get to safe deposit because I had cash in there I need. The first thing she said to me was YOU SHOULDN'T KEEP CASH IN THERE. I replied "THAT'S MY CHOICE AIN'T IT?" I do not need you to tell me on what to do with my safe deposit box. Are you crazy? You are not my Mother. I never knew it's by appointment! WTH? I need whatever is in there by tomorrow morning. So now I'm screwed.

This bank location employeed someone who is being charged with a felony for stalking me. She got a job at this bank and then abused her access to search my accounts and use whatever information she got against me. The bank never reached out to me after the detective took her down to the police station.

I had someone in California charge Ubers to my account so I had to ask them to investigate and send for a new debit card. All of that went fine. I had to visit the bank to make a cash withdrawal from my account because I rarely carry cash and I was running low and new debit card still had not arrived. It was the attitude of the bank teller that floored me. I understand that they have to take certain measures to make sure it was me. I did have a state ID but it was expired. I answered each and every security question she asked of me. I asked for $100.00. When she told me the card might take longer I decided that I would take out more than what I had originally asked for. When I asked for a new withdrawal slip it was then she told me with a very snooty attitude that I could only have $100 out of my own acct. Why all the attitude. Thanks to Paola who works at state street branch I will be closing my account.

I called ahead to see if they would notarize wills. The lady who answered said they have two staff that can notarize and there's no charge for Chase customers. She said they can also be witnesses. I live 30 minutes away and was expecting to get our wills done. I spoke with the lady behind the counter and she said they don't notarize wills and she was the lady that could notarize. She was very rude.

My experience was fine. I just had to deposit a check and was in and out no problem. Front desk people were nice and the place was clean.
