Upon walking in, one of their door handles was hanging- looks really bad for such a corporate building. Came in as I'm trying to get my accounts on one spot. Bank teller took my name and number down to have someone call me back for an appointment--NO CALL BACK!! Looks like they're living up to their low star reviews, keep it up!!

Took my son in to cash savings bonds in. Because he's been a customer for less than a year, they couldn't cash them for him, per their policy. No explanation as to the reasoning, it's ".. just the policy." We're talking Government issued EE savings bonds here. It's really just the silliest thing I have ever heard of.

Simple appointment which SHOULDN'T have taken much time, but now is more than 2 weeks of waiting.I would seek other help ( if any ) than to accept assistance from this chase member. My business debit card was improperly assigned, my PERSONAL name was printed TWICE… on my BUSINESS DEBIT CARD. This mistake could have been avoided by simply proof reading which was not done. Not only did I have to wait days for this failed debit card, I was suppose to be contacted with further information on the debit card & business credit card ….. 2 weeks later after nonstop phone calls & voicemails I have gotten NOTHING. No updated business debit card, no business credit card info, & despite calling & leaving voicemails …. Not even a call back to touch base. I would majorly avoid!!! helping anyone else prevent this time wasted mistake. Thank you for your help RODNEY!

Very high fees to use their services. There are very few Chase ATMs avail in our are. Those that are available onsite are often down often.

I c why Google reviews so low. Went to 2 different locations to get a simple question answered and nope. Spoke to the assistant manager at each. I don't give many bad reviews but these jokers deserve nothing less. Sad.

if i could give a 0 for a rating i would. take your banking anywhere but to chase. customer service is beyond a nightmare. don't leave us hanging - what else you got? your service sucks!
