Saved my trip!! I was driving across the country from Minnesota to Indiana and ran into car trouble. I gave Great Water a call, and they were able to get my vehicle fixed and back onto the road in under 4 hours. They have great service and are reasonably priced. Needed these guys again for a new starter. The part was delivered 5 minutes after the tow truck and I arrived. This was after 4 pm. Car was ready before noon the next day. Kyle and the GW team are great. I won't go anywhere else. Honest, fair, fast and close to home and work for me. I appreciate the service and respect for those of us who don't have a lot of money for our vehicles that we need to work to live. Thanks to the whole team!

Fantastic service and great price. I was amazed at how fast they got the car in and out I have been racking my brain trying to find where that rattle was coming from for a month or more and they found it instantly. Not to mention it was a great price on the surface. Highly recommend it I will be back.

These gentlemen are great at what they do fresh oil changes with a free tire rotation for life if you buy tires in house thank you great water for all you do im always a happy customer and a returning one thanks team!

Updating my review to add that these guys are serious about their 3yr/36000 mile warranty. My truck was acting funny and was due for an oil change anyway so I brought it in and mentioned the things I noticed about its performance. Without missing a single beat, Kyle said they would figure it out. They found a few concerning things during their inspection and told me they would be taking care of all of it, all under warrenty! I could not be more pleased with the service I've had at this location. The folks here really care about their customers and their cars. I will always recommend them. Kyle is diligent about finding parts, even if they're scarce.
Spring 2025: I've brought my van here twice in the last year, and these guys are awesome! Highly recommend! Thanks again for all you do!
Had more work done here, and my almost 20 yr old car now feels like I'm driving a cloud. They took it in for grinding brakes, broken wipers, leaky gaskets, and suspicious suspension and returned to me a smooth sailing ship, ready for summer adventures.

We got a flat tire on our way to visit family. Cory was wonderful and got us in and our tire fixed within a hour. We could not recommend Great Water enough.
