Being treated poorly by one of the staff. Refused service by an employee of circle k. Maybe this is exceptable to be treated badly by circle k employees. I will have to go to a different store? I don't want to but I think treating a disabled Vietnam vet is normal business by one particular employee.

Staff has always been polite and courteous to me coming here, unfortunately it is small but that's not their fault. Biggest problem is they share with one of the absolute worst McDonald's in Rockford! If it wasn't for this McDonald's I'd definitely be here more!

When someone asks for a certain amount of gas that’s the amount of gas that should be supplied to the customer not what you want to put on the pump and then have the customer running back-and-forth. Especially when they speak loud enough and clearly enough for you to understand English. Stop wasting peoples time the gas prices are already high especially when you’re paying for premium ! Or maybe there should be a class provided by the owner for the employees there.
