Used to love going here, but the last 2 times were terrible.. I always do pedicures & had ma do them but it seems she’s been rushing lately almost forgot to oil & towel my feet then didn’t do the lotion she was so worried about eating corn. Asked if they could do this manicure inspo (1st attachment) & got nothing like what I asked for highly unsatisfied & will not be returning.. I don’t think they clean their tools properly either when I had the nails removed I was cut when I got home soaked in peroxide there was pus coming out

One word: Unprofessional.
Cannot do simple designs, rough, biased, and only Wife knows how to do ACTUAL nails.

I will never return, and I will be sure to warn anyone that plans to go here. They lie to your face and are bad at what they do. They will disregard what you ask them to do. I decided to stop getting gel manicures as a result of this experience. I figure in a few more months I will be able to trust someone to do my nails but it won't be these guys!

I came for a service across the parking lot at Cici nails and I saw this one they only do appointment only don’t know what the service is about but very inconvenient for out of towers ??

The guy doing my pedicure didn't speak English and wasn't friendly enough to adjust for the missing communication element of this service.He also didn't do a scrub for excess skin on the bottom of my feet so they weren't smooth and soft like they should be when this SERVICE is normally completed.

Will never darken the door of City Nails again. I was kept waiting for a pedicure this morning. I was told it would only be 20 minutes and it ended up being over an hour. No one apologized. It's like they could have cared less. No thanks....I'll pay more and go to a classier salon.
