I was going to Claire's since I was a kid in the 80's (in my hometown) so taking my daughter is always a fun trip. I got my ears pierced there and when my daughter wanted hers done we did it at this mall location. Employees are friendly and helpful and prices aren't bad when they do their better sales. So many popular character themed items like jewelry, socks, water bottles, bags, etc. Tons of hair accessories too!

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday and the lady working was amazing. She was very patient and kind. Definitely a great experience.

I placed an order online for two items and when I picked it up I only had one item in the bag. The associate said she didn't charge me for it. I asked if I would get my reward back and she said probably. Later I checked my email and it shows they changed the price of the one item to double and applied both my $5 rewards to itHow can they do this? Customer service never emails back!!!
